MEET THE CHEF
Jay's been in Louisville’s food scene for years, learning what works, what sells, and what people actually crave. When the opportunity came up at Atrium, he didn't overthink it. He built Crave Wave fast—menu, concept, everything, focusing on food that hits hard and keeps people coming back. What began as a whirlwind evolved into something much bigger: a reflection of Jay’s energy, flavor, and love for bringing people together.
